Today I had a great conversation with Shen Tong, the founder and inspiration behind Food-X, a food business accelerator which empowers new food companies to take it to the next level. Food-X offers support through an extensive mentoring program, connecting these companies with experts in their field, offering financial funding, legal council, and inspiration to grow their companies and to serve their community.
