This morning I had a wonderful interview with the Kate Galassi, the Co-Founder of Quinciple, which is a new, online CSA, service. The way it works is that you sign up on line, and then every week you get a delivery of the freshest, seasonal vegetables, along with fruit, bread, meat, fish and cheese. They only work with small, sustainable, family owned farms, fisherman and ranchers, to bring you a variety of foods that are fresh, flavorful, and processed with the earth in mind.
