Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Nikki Noce, a medical doctor who has chosen to follow a more holistic approach to healing and wellness. Instead of becoming a traditional doctor and treating patients who are already sick, Dr. Nikki (as her patients affectionately call her) decided she wanted to help people stay healthy through a balanced approach to wellness. Dr. Nikki advocates yoga and meditation as a tool to listening to one’s own body, and encourages her clients to avoid sugar, gluten and dairy products in their diets. Her philosophy is a mind, body and spiritual approach to wellness, and allowing the wisdom of one’s own body to help heal any ailments, before they consume you.
