Various costsFounded by Dave Arnold (host of the HRN cult favorite food tech call-in show, Cooking Issues), the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) is a museum dedicated to the history of food, the science behind it, where it comes from, and why it matters. Last week MOFAD opened Flavor: Making It and Faking It.
At Flavor: Making It and Faking It, learn what “natural” and “artificial” really mean, discover how vanilla and seaweed inspired the science of flavor simulation, and meet the $25 billion industry whose flavors you experience almost every time you eat.
