Learn more about one of Long Island’s newest farmers on the North Fork, Peter Treiber, Jr., Farm Manager of Treiber Farms, Southold. Treiber Farms is family owned and began its first full year of growing in 2016. Peter’s father purchased the property, located on the North side of Route 48, in 2014. In 2015, he purchased the property on the South side of 48, known for its iconic vintage truck and barn that will serve as its farmstand. Treiber Farms grows a variety of fruits and vegetables, in addition to raising bees. Peter, Jr. is also an artist–Should make for some interesting conversation!

The registration fee is a donation to Slow Food East End to help support our programs. What to Bring: Please bring an appetizer, main course, side dish or dessert to share made with local ingredients from the garden, CSA, or local farm stand or market. Each dish should serve 6-8 people.
