According to the organizers:

We’re incredibly excited to announce our first pilot class for Chocolate Making 201: a four-hour chocolate making immersive, a deep-dive into the “nibby” gritty of home bean-to-bar chocolate making.

Like we once did, you’ll start from scratch by selecting the cacao beans you want to use, winnow them, grind them, create your recipe and percentage, temper, pour, and wrap your chocolate bars.

This is a step up from our Chocolate Making 101 class, in which cover the basics and include you in our chocolate making process. The purpose of this class is to set you up with the skills to actually make bean-to-bar chocolate at home with your own equipment.
