August 2: Mediterranean Farm to Table Cooking Class with Chef Bhavani

$89Join iEat Green for a Vegan, Gluten Free, Mediterranean Cooking Class. We will start by harvesting the vegetables from the on-site organic garden, then continue with a demonstration cooking class and finish with a communal dinner. The menu is:

Marinated Grilled BBQ Tempeh Cutlets
Quinoa Fusilli Putenesca, with Broccoli, Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Capers, Red Peppers and Olives
