Bhavani Shares Her Interview with Jodie Lindsay Popma on the Progressive Radio Network

This past Thursday, I had a great conversation with  Jodie Lindsay Popma, founder of Smart Food Made Simple, a nutritional consultancy company, focused on teaching parents that food is an extremely powerful tool. Jodie works mostly with school districts, introducing the children to a new fruit or vegetable each month, during a lunch tasting program that she has been able to set up, as the recipient of a grant from the Chef Ann Foundation. She also teaches cooking and nutrition courses Farmers Markets, community centers, and to students. We talked about school lunch programs and the need for lunch to become an academic subject that is not rushed, but given the time and energy it deserves. If you missed our interview, you can listen to it here!
