“If reports are correct, Trump’s withdrawal from Paris won’t go into effect until November 2020. That means the American people will get two huge chances to weigh in on this issue at the ballot box — and hold anti-science members of Congress and this administration accountable.”  – 314 Action.org

Will you sign and share Moveon.org’s petition to Congress and Donald Trump telling them, we, the American people, stand together and are committed to mitigating climate change???

Send a Kid to City Growers’ Summer Camp in NYC

This summer, City Growers’ Summer in the Soil Urban Agriculture Camps will be offered at four sites in Long Island City, Sunset Park, and Clinton Hill! New York’s youth will spend their summer “greening & growing their community, cooking up recipes with fresh veggies, crafting green arts, exploring urban farms around the city, and discovering where their food comes from and why it matters.”

Help CityGrowers provide scholarships for youth to partake in camp all summer long! Your donation, no matter the amount, will give a young person in our city the opportunity to have a summer rich with outdoor activities and healthy, green programming. Your donation will support programs such as:

– S.T.E.M. focused activities about clean drinking water
– Bundle dyeing with compostable food scraps
– DIY Projects crafted from upcycled materials
– Seeds that will be planted, cared for, cultivated and harvested by young campers
