An Interview with Stefanie Sacks, Author of “What the Fork Are You Eating?”

Hi Everybody,

I can’t believe that we are into July already, and that this weekend is the 4th of July! It is the season for outdoor parties, homegrown food, fresh local produce, farmers markets and Summer BBQ’s. As a non meat eater, people always wonder what I cook on the grill, and the options are endless! One of my summertime staples is BBQ Tempeh, with my dad’s famous St. Louis BBQ sauce, or Tofu Vegetable Sliders with Grilled Onions or Miso Marinated Tofu Kebobs, not to mention an endless supply of grilled vegetables and corn on the cob! With all the fresh, local, organic vegetables, the salad creations are only limited by your imagination! It’s amazing what a Vegetarian BBQ can look like!? If you want to learn how to make some of these summertime specials, please join is in one of our Farm to Table Cooking Classes, or come for all four! Space is filling up, so reserve your spot now!
